Swim Challenges

  1. Calibrate the swim first

    1. Do not grab the handles. They should be fully wound against the machine.

    2. Turn the console on

      1. Press the top left button

    3. Turn the console off

      1. Press the top left button again

    4. Wait for the beep

      1. Once you hear the beep, it’s calibrated and ready

  2. Decide which challenge you are doing

    1. 5:00

    2. 1:00

  3. Turn the console on

    1. Press the top left button

  4. Press “Setup”

  5. Press “Display” until the time is flashing (top numbers)

  6. Use the arrows to make the time display “5:00” or 1:00” 

  7. Press “Setup”

  8. Lay on the bench first, then pull yourself up to the handles and start swimming

    1. Once you pull the handles, the time starts counting down

      1. If you pull the handles first and then get on the bench, you will lose time.

  9. Swim until the timer gets to “0:00”

    1. If you stop, the timer keeps going

  10. Take a picture of the console showing your total meters

    2. Record your total meters on your sheet
