What is Killer B Fitness?
Killer B Fitness was created in 2005 by chiropractor, Bob Wilcher. It’s a 50 min trainer led, full body workout focused on cardio and strength. Proper form & technique are a fundamental component of our program so that you get the most out of each workout while significantly reducing the risk of injury. Each person is guided every step of the way throughout each class with the help of our trainers, specialized charts and timers. This keeps you working at the correct intensity level at all times. Just show up, and we’ll take it from there. It’s great for all ages and ability levels.

What can I expect at my first class?
The trainer will help you get checked in and explain the format of the class. He or she will help you understand proper form on all the exercises and make sure you rotate to the correct stations. We recommend you take it pretty easy on your 1st several classes and focus on good technique so that you set yourself up for long term success.
What is the focus of the classes?
Killer B Fitness classes are group classes designed by a chiropractor. We focus on full body resistance exercises with various equipment including weights, TRX, medicine ball, bench, resistance bands, mats, ab dolly and more. Classes also integrate cardio intervals on the bike, row and versaclimber.
I’m out of shape. Is Killer B right for me?
Killer B is for all levels and if you are just getting started with exercise, you will be able to track your progress and see big changes as you improve. The 1st month is just about showing up and going at your own pace. Try a free workout and see if it’s right for you,. We can talk about your fitness goals and help you better understand the program.
Can I still do the workout if I have an injury?
Killer B workouts are low impact which means your joints will like them. Our trainers will help you modify any strength exercise that you can’t do. Try a free class and see for yourself.
