What can I expect at my first class?
The trainer will help you get checked in and explain the format of the class. He or she will help you understand proper form on all the exercises and make sure you rotate to the correct stations. We recommend you take it pretty easy on your 1st several classes and focus on good technique so that you set yourself up for long term success.
What is the focus of the classes?
Killer B Fitness classes are group classes designed by a chiropractor. We focus on full body resistance exercises with various equipment including weights, TRX, medicine ball, bench, resistance bands, mats, ab dolly and more. Classes also integrate cardio intervals on the bike, row and versaclimber.

A Drop In Class is $30
We offer a discounted Intro Month for $59. Most people will sign up for a monthly unlimited membership after their Intro Month.
Monthly Unlimited Memberships range from $139-$179/month based on the length of your contract. We offer month-to-month, 3 month and 12 month contracts.
Monthly Limited Memberships range from $99-$159/month based on the number of classes per month. We offer 5, 9 and 13 classes/month options. All limited monthly membership are month-to-month.
Class Packages range from $229-$409. We offer a 10 and 20 class package. All class packages expire 1 year after purchase.
