Press “Menu”

  1. Press “Select workout”

  2. Press “Custom list”

  3. Select the challenge that you are doing

    1. 10:00

    2. 3:00,1:30r x4

    3. 1:00, 1:00r x10

  4. For challenges with rest intervals, the monitor will automatically count them down after the interval that is being recorded. After you set up the console to start the challenge, do not touch it again until you finish the challenge.

  5. After completing the challenge, take a picture of the monitor

    1. Press “Menu”

    2. Press “Memory”

    3. Press “List by Date”

    4. Press the button next to the image of the magnifying glass with the “+” sign inside it

    5. Take a picture of the screen showing your total meters

    6. Email the picture to bob@killerbfitness.com

    7. Write your total meters in the correct challenge box on your sheet
