If you do the bike challenges in the PowerCycle classes that are designated for those challenges, then you are not required to take pictures. We will record your numbers, calculate your score and enter it on your sheet.
You can read the following for general purpose, but everything will be explained to you in the PowerCycle class.
Decide which challenge you are doing

PowerCycle Tuesday, Feb 14th & Thursday Feb 16th
5:00, 2:00r x6
PowerCycle Tuesday, Feb 21st & Thursday Feb 23rd
1:00, 1:00r x20
PowerCycle Tuesday, Feb 28th & Thursday Mar 2nd
Stay in “Warm up” mode until you are ready to start your challenge
Press the “Stage” button at the beginning and end of every interval
On the rest intervals, you must keep pedaling your legs so that the timer continues to count up.
You can back off the tension all the way, and spin very slow, but keep spinning
Your challenge does not count if you rest longer than any of the allowed rest intervals
When you finish your last interval for your challenge, press “Stage” and then press “End.”
Press “End” again to select “Yes” at the top
Press “Stage” to confirm that you want to end the ride
Press “End” to scroll through all your intervals
You can see the time length of each interval on the bottom right of the console
Take a picture of the console for every interval that we are tracking and the overall average of the entire ride for the 5:00, 2:00r x6 and 1:00, 1:00r x20 challenges. Do not take pictures of the rest intervals.

Your score: The top right # (Average watts) is your score
5:00, 2:00r x6 (7 pictures)
Take a picture of all 5:00 interval (6 pictures)
Take a picture of the total workout (1 picture)
You should see 40:00 or very close to it on the bottom right
Your score: Add the average watts for all six 5:00 intervals together and divide by 6. This is your score.
1:00, 1:00r x20 (21 pictures)
Take a picture of all 1:00 intervals (20 pictures)
Take a picture of the total workout (1 picture)
You should see 39:00 or very close to it on the bottom right
Your score: Add the average watts for all twenty 1:00 intervals together and divide by 20. This is your score.
