How To Be Successful at Killer B Fitness
Congratulations for making the choice to join Killer B Fitness, and becoming part of this vibrant, driven community! Follow these 3 key components, and you will dramatically increase your success in your first month with us:
- Attend at least 3 classes per week, which is around 13 classes total during your first month. Your first 5-7 classes will be focused on helping you learn proper technique so you can maximize efficiency and avoid injuries. Your next 5-7 classes will be when your fitness ramps into gear and begins to significantly improve.
- Watch the educational videos on our website explaining proper technique. These are great tools to help you engage fully with the workouts and ensure you get the best experience.
- Bring your most positive attitude to every class! It’s your opportunity to focus solely on YOU for an hour. Remember – in order to take care of every other component of your life, you have to take care of yourself. You’ll walk out of each class with a clear head and ready for whatever life throws at you!
